   Written scope, fixed price. We spend a day on your floor with your supervisors and maintenance lead and pick the problem worth fixing first. If the bottleneck isn't clear, we start with a line study.

   Measured on your numbers. We install on one line or station, then check it against the target we agreed: rejects caught, downtime logged, hours saved.
