Connectivity

Live downtime and counts from the machines you already own, on a screen your supervisors actually use.

Parts listClick a part for details

What it does

  • Downtime as it happens

See which machine stopped, when, and for how long. Not in tomorrow's shift report.

  • Counts and reason codes

Output per shift, plus downtime reasons your supervisors pick on the floor.

  • Off-the-shelf where it fits

If a proven monitoring product does the job, we install that. We're not selling a platform.

  • Adapters where it doesn't

Old CNCs, serial ports, relay logic. We build the interface, or clamp onto the power cable.

  • Read-only by default

We read from your PLCs. We don't change their programs.

  • Your data stays local

Data stays on your network. Cloud is optional.

Questions plants ask

Why not just buy a monitoring product?

Sometimes you should. If one fits your machines, we'll install it. We build custom adapters only for the machines it can't reach.

Does it touch our PLC programs?

No. We read from your controls by default and don't change their logic.

Does our data go to the cloud?

Only if you want it to. It runs on your network first.
