Machine vision

Cameras that check every label, cap, fill and seal at line speed, on the line you already run.

Parts listClick a part for details

What it does

  • Labels, date codes and allergens

Checks the right label is on the right product. Allergens caused about 35% of CFIA recalls over five years.

  • Fill level and caps

Catches underfills and missing or crooked caps at the filler, not the warehouse.

  • Seals and foreign material

Flags open seals and visible contamination before the case is packed.

  • Counts at line speed

Counts every unit and logs each reject with its image.

  • Rejects to your existing gate

Wired into the PLC and reject gate you already have.

  • A bypass so the line always runs

If the station is down, production keeps going and we get an alert.

Questions plants ask

Do we need AI for this?

Usually not. Most checks are a good camera, good lighting and a clear rule. We add machine learning only for products that vary too much for a rule.

Will it stop my line?

No. It fails safe: if the station has a problem, a bypass keeps production running and we're alerted.

What about washdown?

We use rated enclosures and stainless mounts, and plan installs around your sanitation schedule.

Tell us what's slowing your line down.
