Robotics

Cobot cells that take the repetitive work at a machine or the end of a line, so your people don't have to.

Parts listClick a part for details

What it does

  • Machine tending

Loads and unloads a CNC, press or molder, shift after shift.

  • Palletizing

Stacks cases at the end of the line in the pattern your customer wants.

  • Pick-and-place

Moves parts between conveyors, trays and fixtures.

  • Vision when parts vary

A wrist camera finds parts that never land in the same place twice.

  • Fixtures for your part

We design the nests and grippers that make the job repeatable.

  • Safe next to people

A risk assessment for the cell, and scanners that slow the arm when someone walks up.

A typical first job

Problem
An operator stands at a machine all shift, loading and unloading parts.
We install
A cobot on a pedestal, a gripper, a fixture for your part and the signals to your machine.
Timeline
6–8 weeks
Typical range
From $40k plus the robot
Measured by
Parts per shift and operator hours freed. Full palletizing lines cost more; grant cost-share often makes sense.

Questions plants ask

Is a cobot safe next to people?

It can be, for the right task. Every cell gets a risk assessment, and we add scanners or guarding where the assessment calls for them.

What payback should we expect?

We estimate it from your own numbers during the plant walk, before you commit to anything.

Which robot brand do you use?

Whichever fits the job. We aren't a reseller, so we pick the arm for your part, payload and reach.

Tell us what's slowing your line down.
