What it does

  • Obsolete controller boards

When a controller dies and nobody makes it anymore, we design a compatible replacement.

  • Test stations

End-of-line testers that check every assembly before it ships.

  • Fixtures and brackets

Fixtures, mounts and enclosures, designed and machined for your parts.

  • Retrofit sensor boards

Add the signal an old machine never had, without replacing the machine.

  • Radio links

Bring data back from remote pumps, tanks and wells.

  • Production-grade design

Built by an engineer who designed production controllers at Tesla.

Questions plants ask

Can you copy our old board?

We build a compatible replacement from our own design and document it fully. We don't copy someone else's design.

What if the OEM still sells spares?

Then we'll tell you. If buying the spare is cheaper, buy the spare.

Do you do mechanical work?

Yes. Fixtures, brackets and enclosures, designed for your parts and your floor.

Tell us what's slowing your line down.
